I acknowledge the sovereign country of the Kulin Nations and declare that this sovereignty has never been ceded. I respect elder’s past, present and emerging and extend my respects to the great creator ancestor of the Kulin Nations and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land I live and work on, the Wadawurrung and Dja Dja Wurrung People, and recognise their continuing connection to the land and waterways. I acknowledge the Aboriginal connection to material and creative practice on these lands for more than 60,000 years and celebrate their enduring presence and knowledge.
